International Costume Designer and Fashion Stylist Heather Picchiottino engaged B&R converters, to bond red vinyl PVC to a neoprene, stretchy synthetic material for her the amazing costumes designed for Jolin Tsai’s tour. Bonding the two textiles together ensured the costume could be manufactured easily without movement or bulking caused by combining the two textiles.
